Harvest Halton hosted prominent chefs from committee selected restaurants, to participate in featuring locally grown and produced food. Visitors were given the unique opportunity to talk to these culinary artists and as they watched them prepare amazing dishes.

Latitude was created as a place for great food, comfortable conversation and time with friends. The menu focuses on seasonal dishes, contemporary styles and a great selection of wines by the glass to compliment. Their menu changes regularly, driven primarily by the availability of local ingredients and the passion of their kitchen. Dishes are all handcrafted, from butchering and smoking their own meats and filleting their fish to making the mayonnaise and ice cream from scratch. There are no shortcuts in the kitchen! When entering Latitude it may look like a modern farmhouse. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is free of stuffiness and attitude. All guests are meant to feel completely comfortable and at home in their space.

Trattoria Timone - Italian Restaurant in Oakville Ontario Canada
We had a fantastic night out at Trattoria Timone. The moment you walk into Trattoria Timone you are greeted with an ambiance of quality service and cuisine. The courteous and professional staff set the tone and anticipation of a wonderful evening ahead. We were seated next to large wall mural of what felt like a Florentine view. The dishes and drinks kept us is a merry mood, as there was 6 of us in our party. We must have been there for at least 2 hours enjoying and anticipating the next course as is was brought to our table. Night wrapped up graciously and the guests in our party were already looking for excuses for a return visit. I definitely recommend Trattoria Timone for a excellent Fine Dining experience.
